VI COMMANDO

Gnr. John Ellery “Jack” Acreman, formerly of No.2 Commando, served with No.6 Commando from, at least, 26^th June 1942.

He was noted as being a member of the No.6 Commando Boxing Team, on which he competed as a Bantam Weight.

It is thought that he laterly joined No.43 (Royal Marine) Commando.
